Interviews are interviews. This one was no more difficult than any other that I've done, but they did take the time to make a tailored interview for my specific position, asking targeted questions about the job.
My immediate team of peers is great. The management is kind of indecisive on a lot of positions which causes a lot of back and forth. Recent org changes moved everyone's managers around and people's groups, some are very unhappy about this.
