  • Could use major improvements. Very much focused on CEO (a major micromanager) and edicts come down. Feedback is NOT welcome and will get you in trouble.

  • poor, lot of politics, backstabbing

  • Managers are CYA so they blame the people who report to them. Cross group/team cooperation is "challenging" because of different incentives and priorities. All tasks are A1+++ top priority and due yesterday.(frequent threats of do it now or no bonus)

  • he is a poser. Follows the latest fad, taskmaster and micromanager. They cannot management is entrenched

  • pay is fine. work life balance is heavily skewed to work only. lots of blamestorming

  • Micromanager. Needs to approve almost everything personally.

  • High Deductible health plan with some contribution to HSA, Or lower deductible but much more expensive. life insurance, dental, disability, some vacation. pretty standard not exceptional

    Don't go to HR. HR is not there for the employee; they are their to protect the company from any dissent

  • not ethically, HR is NOT there for you. HR is there to protect the company. Any issues bought to HR will likely lead to them getting rid of you, seen that happen with co-workers
