What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, knowledgeable, engaged, empathetic, communicative
Good female representation in the C-suite.
Approachable, bright, shares company news with all
Reasonably accessible and open to employee feedback.
They seem to know how to keep the customers happy. The annual targets continue to increase, which adds a bit of drive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allowing people to use their experience and expertise to use get the job done
Get better online trianing where possible
They are more interested in checking the boxes than actually getting things done that move the business forward
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is just right
it is comprehensive and competitive
Solid base with yearly bonus that pays out well
Good salary and yearly bonus
Full coverage health benefits and 401K contribution from company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No recognition of the daily tasks
I'm pretty sure I could be paid more elsewhere, but there is no guarantee that I'd get the very generous benefits package elsewhere, nor as much vacation as is available at Surescripts
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are funny, smart, and care about what we do
Bright, hard working, willing to help, friendly

They are Intelligent hard working people
My immediate team of peers is great. The management is kind of indecisive on a lot of positions which causes a lot of back and forth. Recent org changes moved everyone's managers around and people's groups, some are very unhappy about this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Try and get a more normal daily balance
I feel there are some groups that work harder than others and there is a lack of communication across teams
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
executives are engaged and visible
Feel like my opinion is heard and matters. Nice office. Hybrid work. Company events, free food.
Company purpose in healthcare, good people
I like the feeling that people are generally happy to be there every day and that the work they put in actually does make a difference.

Be leadsrs not micromanager authoritarians
