The process was involved to a pro
I was able to meet with multiple people on one day rather than having to come back multiple times (this was pre-Covid).
Interviews are interviews. This one was no more difficult than any other that I've done, but they did take the time to make a tailored interview for my specific position, asking targeted questions about the job.
I was introduced to the entire team I would be working with and beyond which gave me a good feel for the type of environment I would be working in
