It is about the total compensation, not just salary but the benefits, recognition, events (NAOSH breakfast, recognition of birthdays etc)
The positive attitude of the people and the willingness to help others and always finding better ways to do things
The team for the most part is very capable and caring individuals however working collaboratively can be improved as we currently work in more of a silo than collaboratively
The sense of accomplishment when we are able to make changes that improves the way we do things. Finding a better way. When we are able to deliver on this I leave work with a real sense of accomplishment and feeling that we really made a difference today.
