High level of diversity although employees are hired on their skills and what they bring to the table.

More of an outline of approach in the first 30-60-90 days. Sitting down with my manager to agree on the approach for the timeframe.
What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at SureWerx? How many hours are you working?
Good overall vibe of continually looking to improve. Working 12-14 hour days however this was my own doing not mandated by Surewerx.

Very capable people who are talented, passionate and positive.

Very involved and supportive. In depth knowledge of the operations and provides timely feedback.

Surewerx was very accommodating when appointments were required during work hours.

Very helpful from direct manager to peers to direct reports all assisting in my on-boarding.

Working from home is supported when the job allows and is supported by management.
Does SureWerx drug test or do a background check?
Surewerx does not currently drug test but does conduct background checks
How does SureWerx handle HR issues?
Handled locally with the immediate supervisor however support as close as a phone call or email away from the HR department.
