What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very professional, yet personable and friendly. Everyone is always there for each other.
They are aggressively pursuing growth and very approachable with business and personal needs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Above average compared to other similar size companies.
It is about the total compensation, not just salary but the benefits, recognition, events (NAOSH breakfast, recognition of birthdays etc)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity, drive and commitment.
The team for the most part is very capable and caring individuals however working collaboratively can be improved as we currently work in more of a silo than collaboratively

Everyone likes to help each for the success of employees, and the company.
Fast paced, growing, learning and collaborative organization.
The positive attitude of the people and the willingness to help others and always finding better ways to do things

What makes you most happy at work?
Company success and developing employees/coworkers.
The sense of accomplishment when we are able to make changes that improves the way we do things. Finding a better way. When we are able to deliver on this I leave work with a real sense of accomplishment and feeling that we really made a difference today.
