
They're really down to earth and approachable. There's not any uncomfortable air of arrogance about any of them really. And they're passionate about what we're doing, which is super contagious. Given their backgrounds, they could be at big companies, but they're at SyncHR because they "believe!"
I think most people are here for a reason other than "I just need a job". The talent is such that just about everyone could easily land a cozy job someplace else. But they picked SyncHR because they really believe we're doing something different, better, important. They want to be a part of that.
Seeing that my work really makes a difference. That's both good and bad. If my ideas or work don't work, well, it's on me. But if they do work, I can see the impact. It's not for everyone. Some people like to fly below the radar. Others want to shine. SyncHR is a place to shine, not hide.
