They're really down to earth and approachable. There's not any uncomfortable air of arrogance about any of them really. And they're passionate about what we're doing, which is super contagious. Given their backgrounds, they could be at big companies, but they're at SyncHR because they "believe!"

Success attracts success. We've had a lot of new people join leadership, many from giant companies. It's not only reinforces that SyncHR is headed places, but it's really cool to work alongside these people daily. Great professional experience.

SyncHR really provides the best of both worlds: Highly competitive salary PLUS impressive early equity. Most fast-growing companies offer one or the other - but not both. Probably not considered "compensation", but pie-day Fridays are a pretty nice perk. Who doesn't love pie, right?

Very competitive salary and generous benefits, particularly for a fast-growth company. It's comparably - if not better - than some of the Fortune 100 tech companies I've worked for. Plus, stock options in a young company that's growing is very exciting vs option at a company that's already made it.

Good people. Like I said before, success breeds success. We've had a ton of new people with very impressive backgrounds leave their giant company to come work at SyncHR. This really gives you a chance to work alongside the best and brightest and learn.

I think most people are here for a reason other than "I just need a job". The talent is such that just about everyone could easily land a cozy job someplace else. But they picked SyncHR because they really believe we're doing something different, better, important. They want to be a part of that.

I think there's a real sense of team at a company like SyncHR, which is typically not there when you're one of hundreds of employees. It's refreshing to see and feel my contributions to the team and company. We all root for each other because our success is truly tied to one another.

Seeing that my work really makes a difference. That's both good and bad. If my ideas or work don't work, well, it's on me. But if they do work, I can see the impact. It's not for everyone. Some people like to fly below the radar. Others want to shine. SyncHR is a place to shine, not hide.

My contribution matters. At bigger companies, I really never *really* knew if what I did mattered. But here at SyncHR, I can see and feel how what I do makes a difference. If you're looking to fly below the radar, this isn't the place. But if you want to make an impact, a difference, look no further
