- What do you like best about the leadership team?They're really down to earth and approachable. There's not any uncomfortable air of arrogance about any of them really. And they're passionate about what we're doing, which is super contagious. Given their backgrounds, they could be at big companies, but they're at SyncHR because they "believe!"
- What is the best part about your compensation package?SyncHR really provides the best of both worlds: Highly competitive salary PLUS impressive early equity. Most fast-growing companies offer one or the other - but not both. Probably not considered "compensation", but pie-day Fridays are a pretty nice perk. Who doesn't love pie, right?
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I think most people are here for a reason other than "I just need a job". The talent is such that just about everyone could easily land a cozy job someplace else. But they picked SyncHR because they really believe we're doing something different, better, important. They want to be a part of that.
