
SyncHR really provides the best of both worlds: Highly competitive salary PLUS impressive early equity. Most fast-growing companies offer one or the other - but not both. Probably not considered "compensation", but pie-day Fridays are a pretty nice perk. Who doesn't love pie, right?
Very competitive salary and generous benefits, particularly for a fast-growth company. It's comparably - if not better - than some of the Fortune 100 tech companies I've worked for. Plus, stock options in a young company that's growing is very exciting vs option at a company that's already made it.
