Upper leadership expectations vs proper training are not aligned within management. No consistency within following s.o.p policy guidelines (not every manager is held accountable to the same standard), NO DIVERSITY!!!
Follow through (promising proper training but never committing to it), diversity (people of color in management and top positions), and transparency (salary real time expectations), business development (there are stores that open with minimal staffing, structural/permit issues)

Company does not follow through on shop bonus sharing program they inform you of that you are supposed to get a interview. It is stated that as part of the bonus process you obtain 2% of what the store makes however they do not specify that the store must make a large sum prior to being eligible
