Upper leadership expectations vs proper training are not aligned within management. No consistency within following s.o.p policy guidelines (not every manager is held accountable to the same standard), NO DIVERSITY!!!

Follow through (promising proper training but never committing to it), diversity (people of color in management and top positions), and transparency (salary real time expectations), business development (there are stores that open with minimal staffing, structural/permit issues)

company environment while not hostile caters to stores who have great sales numbers. Often when a store is not doing well that stores manager and his team are not assisted much by upper leadership. You are often required to develop a culture in which you have not seen or been trained to cultivate

Company does not follow through on shop bonus sharing program they inform you of that you are supposed to get a interview. It is stated that as part of the bonus process you obtain 2% of what the store makes however they do not specify that the store must make a large sum prior to being eligible
