
I love it when I can improve a task or process for a coworker and make their day-to-day a little simpler.

The mutual assessment period is the best part of the interview process. Potential employees work - paid- on a contracting basis for at least two weeks. This lets both parties get a feel for how they'll work together. You learn much more when you actually work together than you do answering questions
