Team leaders need to listen to coworkers more in meetings.
Being consistent in the way they book the loans we process. I'm in the loan operations department & things seem to change from day to day.
I don't think it can be improved. Team morale is just not good & most all of the people that worked in loan operations at The South (Carolina First) left & went to other banks.
Management needs to work on giving a positive attitude to their employees. My manager practically lives at work & expects her employees to do the same yet we aren't allowed overtime. For example, I prefer to make dr appts in the morning since they are near where I live. That doesn't work for her.
I started out at The South Financial Group which was bought out by TD. We weren't paid fairly at The South & the same holds true for TD. Other banks pay better for the same job & there is less stress involved. It's just hard to leave one bank for another in this day & time
