Good work-fun balance. Although it is a business environment, the team and management make it light-hearted and easy going.

Its very slow not innovative or diverse

Management needs to work on giving a positive attitude to their employees. My manager practically lives at work & expects her employees to do the same yet we aren't allowed overtime. For example, I prefer to make dr appts in the morning since they are near where I live. That doesn't work for her.
