Scheduling shifts in a sensible and useful manner such that we don't have any inconvenient gaps.

Being consistent in the way they book the loans we process. I'm in the loan operations department & things seem to change from day to day.

Supporting lower level employees, if an employee is struggling with a customer, CRT tells the employee to "control the customer" and offers no support - even if the customer wants to speak to the manager. If a customer is swearing and being abusive you are not allowed to disconnect the call.
