Generally competitive. Good performers get not much difference comparing to a mediocre performer. Annual adjustment is limited not motivating. Budget is zero-sum game. HR is bureaucratic, central propaganda agency, not standing for employees, getting their wins / jobs done rather employees' wins
I have really enjoyed my time working here so far. The people are great, they have many events, always free food during the week.
Overall most people are wonderful here. There is a siloed isolating feel at this company that stems from the management.
It would be nice to be paid for 5 days of work instead of 4 when working 40+ hours a week.
It’s a challenging environment but supportive from the CEO on down. Lots of good people who work there and want to help you succ
