The leadership team makes everything transparent, including internal processes and money moves. Additionally, there is a lot of respect for holidays and PTO which is pretty rare.

Sometimes coding comes with slow progress and road bumps, but i have never been scolded or made to feel bad when such events occur. I always feel motivated to do better next time rather than pressured to the point of stress.
