Almost all are nice people without any divas. One sneaks in here and there but there are very few backstabbers. If you want to get out of the rat race this is a pretty good place to be.

Mostly cool. Seems like we have an ever expanding group of freeloaders though. Only about 2/3 of the tech force actually works. The rest are busy with busy work trying to look important.

Mostly married. Not very social. Everyone keeps their head down and works through lunch to get home faster. But there aren't many one-uppers or jerks - that's a bonus.

Very diverse company, and that's one of our true strengths. Very high-achieving, focused individuals. Even though there is a corporate hierarchy, it feels very flat. Managers are very approachable.
