I didn't even have an interview I filled out the application and took the assessment test and the next day I had an email offering me a position and asking me to set up a time for a site visit. I don't know what to expect. Everyone says the phone interview comes first.....I never had a phone interview...just a job offer

Pass the on-line test-get. Then wait until the third party calls you for a phone intervirew if you pass that they will call you to the store for an interview , take a drug test if you pass that they will do a Background check if you get past all that you got a good chance of getting hired.

for the .com its is much more informal but there is a set agenda, we want our candidates to be in their best element, in other words be your self and let your skill sets shine. We look at it as much more Agency style rather than corporate environment. "What are suit and ties'?

Take a test online if you pass the test you get a phone interview if you pass that you get called in for an actual interview and if you pass that you get hired.

For me, a few people asked me questions and then the contracting agency extended an offer. It was pretty painless. That process may be different for an associate.

It has improved greatly over the last 5-10 years. I like that we can do the first, second and job offer all in the same day.

I was interviewed twice. And had to pass a drug screening. I can understand that but expected to be paid more !!

You have 2 interviews! First one is to go over your application and drug test! It can be scary and nerve racking

Easy interview process. Didn't get the drug screening requirement, especially for a $11 an hour job.
