I have faith in the new CEO and we are rolling out a new program that I think will upend the financial sector when it comes to service levels ( https://bff.umpquabank.com/ ) it is an app produced by our fintech development arm, Pivotus, a international collaboration, giving customers to text a banker with any questions they may have. We are able to do anything that does not require cash, and the app can be a concierge service or just for random financial questions(like what is an ETF?). aside from the service and convenience what sets it apart from other chat systems is you have 1 consistent banker or "BFF" day after day you work with. so the same person that helped you with your debit card last month will help you again today.
