She apologized for how I was treated and acknowledged it.
They share important information with their employees.
Adaptible, focused on people, manage to make money and still be decent human beings. I don't think that should be as uncommon as it apparently is, but they do it.
The new management team that's taken over since the merger is disorganized, and blames the employees for their mistakes. The merger itself was hugely successful so to our hard work. Once the new management stepped in, things began to decline quickly for the employees here
Everything. Training is trash. The manager will say one thing to your face and the opposite to everyone else. How are we supposed to learn this way?
Innovation, Communication, Availability, open mind
Medical benefits and sick leave are decent above average
401 k and health benefits is great
it is do able but should be getting monthly bonus each month like all my other co workers
Incentive pay to employees for offering beneficial products
My compensation package isn't why I work here. I took a significant cut to work with the people I work with now. I'm certainly not hurting, but I could be making 15-25% more easily.
Yes, the majority of our division feels over worked and under appreciated. This makes our CEOs comments about everyone no working hard enough all the more difficult to take. I dont see much opportunity to correct this, short of a new CEO. This is a bank circling the drain.
Giving final paychecks on time.
Compensation is average at best. Bonuses which were monthly are now quarterly and delayed by a full quarter. Tracking of opportunities across business lines is a haphazard manual process that banks on people forgetting to put things in/close opportunities to avoid paying associates.
Fair wages should be set in force to be equal
I feel like I should be making more money for how hard I work. If I was trying to make rent payments I would not be able to live off of my current salary.
exceptional teamwork, supportive environment within teams
Friendly most are hard working and enjoyable to work with
fun and caring co workers
caring, determination, focus, unstoppable, family
A deep sense of ownership.
We're good. It's management and leadership that are ineffective. Siloed groups even within a department.
Coworkers are largely uneducated. People largely accept that all processes are poorly organized and there is general sentiment of "this is the way we always do it" instead of "lets make it better for everyone"
My manager and co workers are supportive
It used to be the flexibility of working from home.
The other employees I worked with
my team, my leadership team, the energy to make things happen
People oriented, great work/life balance, work-focused, as opposed to people being focus on building their own fiefdoms.

Was smooth and i already had a lot of experience was able to ask questions
It's fast and easy because they have such high turnover they need bodies in seats. That mentality, however, has led to a generally poor workforce.
The positive attitude of the interviewer
My interview was many years ago but it was very casual
I thought the interview was very straight forward and like a nice conversation.
In person interviews are best.
Serving incredible and appreciative customers

helping customers with their financial needs
Hlping people accomplish their goals, both co-workers and customers.
