What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My manager and co workers are supportive

It used to be the flexibility of working from home.

The other employees I worked with

my team, my leadership team, the energy to make things happen

People oriented, great work/life balance, work-focused, as opposed to people being focus on building their own fiefdoms.

The company is very focused on motivational moments which is very nice for team building.

I work in a small group in a rural town
