What did you like most about the interview process?
Was smooth and i already had a lot of experience was able to ask questions
It's fast and easy because they have such high turnover they need bodies in seats. That mentality, however, has led to a generally poor workforce.
The positive attitude of the interviewer
My interview was many years ago but it was very casual
I thought the interview was very straight forward and like a nice conversation.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
In person interviews are best.
