
CEO comes off as an elitist snob. Get rid of the perks for C-level and board when expecting employees to tighten belts. Cut manageable expenses (i.e. leased Lexus and catered hot meals for execs and board) and utilize technology for meetings that could be done remotely. Finally, find a way spare US resources the brunt of cost cutting measures. Exhausted, paranoid and spent US resources have already been spread too thin.
Allow greater opportunities for further education and a better emphasis on health and well-being both physically and mentally. The work place can be extremely draining and it would be helpful to have someone to talk to on a regular basis.
I would create a health and wellness fund for each employee to allocate to gym-membership or similar health club. Physical health is so crucial. It increases productivity and improves mental health as well.
