I get to do what I love with a really skilled team.
We had to do a project, they were very straightforward, it was competitive.
Like I mentioned, the autonomy and lack of micro-management. We have a lot of freedom and flexibility.
They understand that we're a quick moving team but that we're each experts in our field and that rather than getting in arguments, we'll defer to the expertise of the individual, even at the CEO level down to the newest employee.
They don't micromanage and they give us a lot of autonomy. They understand that we're a small team and each of us wear a lot of different hats and that to be nimble and pivot, requires a lot of trust to do our jobs and excel in them.
