
Constant infighting and nitpicking over meaningless things. People need to be energized to build new things rather than attack each other.
Less hostility and politicking. Each team should have a clear mandate. The lack of clarity results in internal confusion, which some exploit to try and gain more power.
Communication and coordination. There is a lack of strong engineering leadership within the company, resulting in an excessive amount of politics within the engineering orgs, as teams lie about technical limitations and/or issues in order to gain power.
