They need to consider their employees same as their clients
As of now nothing makes me feel best in the company
When i am involved in new projects that uses new technologies.
The company is now at least following the culture followed in other companies.
The leadership team need to value their employees as same as their customers.
The team really step up when a member is facing difficulty with his project.
The team members are very friendly and helpful and understand the value of a team.
The company should make sure that each and every deserving employee is getting proper pay.
Company needs to start giving value to the employees who are really working hard rather than ignoring their effort
The only thing i am happy about is the freedom i get to learn new things along with my existing responsibility.
If the company has way to rate an employees performance then they should also have a mechanism to rate the compensation given to them.
