    It's allegedly "unlimited," but it's really contained to 15 days (both vacation and sick leave) a year. So, nothing really special.

  • They currently do not have a pto policy and advertise to prospective candidates that's unlimited pto, however the steps you must take to get time off is ridiculous and you are scorned for taking more than a week at a time and no more than 10 days a year will be approved by the management unless of course you are the management then you can have as much as you want. They can even reject others pto request while they're on PTO.

  • Meh. Just the standard 10 working days.

    1. No, not diverse at all. Hiring at Veeva fixates on "new grads" from certain universities, so there's no real commitment to diversity in any form.

  • 2. And, no, it isn't.

  • It got more diverse. Performance has gone even lower and competent employees should leave.
