Polite, friendly, and genuinely kind and extremely intelligent people.
The people are great and most genuinely care about the team and people over profits.
Better benefits and don't make up or change billable targets mid-year or up targets without increasing pay. Also, keep your word. My bonuses haven't been what was promised and others have left due to CEO/President not keeping promises.
CEO/President needs to do everyone a favor and quit or sell the place or just take a backseat role and let the attorneys make money for him. The push for sales and other recommendations from top-down push ethics for attorneys too much.
