Micromanagement/mistrust all day. A new fear based culture is rampant, which starts at the top. If you have an opinion, be prepared for "special attention" and borderline bullying. Sadly too many examples of this to ignore. CEO is a hypocrite and anyone close to him is too afraid to say anything.
The technology that we market is incredible and well recieved. The CEO is intent on cutting wages during inflationary years and seems to hold resentment toward the sales force in particular. This has turned the culture negative and not motivating at all
Slow to change. Some change lacks substance or impact. Little meaningfully change
Honestly one of the best companies I have ever worked at, the culture is amazing! Everyone truly cares about making the best products.
