They are very approachable, always willing to chat about anything. Genuine good people who care about the company.

Total comp is ok for role
Wellness reimbursement, for home exercise equipment like running shoes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We feel undervalued because our ceo has cut our pay two years in a row now even as the company continues to have record years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun, knowledgeable people who I consider my friends
Great people on our team
We compartmentalize all the mistakes being made at corporate and focus on doing what we know needs to be done.

We make products that help people, that makes it worth it.
It used to be making good compensation, but that has been taken away from us
