
I was there only a short period of time but from what I observed the people at Vertafore thought highly of the CEO. They needed to improve their training tactics because I was terminated during training due to not passing an exam that is ultimately performed by another department and the manager allowed someone who had only been the lead for a few months to run the show because they truly didn't have a solid training method. They lied flat out about letting people go from training in the past and joked about how they USE to do this but low and behold it happen to me so just know THEY WILL FIRE YOU after 90 days on the day to any potential CSS who is applying keep your eyes and ears open at all times and gave a back up plan because they are flighty!!!
The CEO is pretty new, less than a year, and it's been a rough year so it's hard to say. I think she's really trying hard to do the right thing for employees even when it's tough or it's not her choice. I think she could do better at making sure she keeps commitments and does what she says, when she says it will happen.
We do not work directly with the CEO. We do not communicate with her aside from occasional presentations.
