The balance is pretty good. Sometimes important projects come up that demand a higher workload, but equally as often the schedule is flexible. It does depend a bit on your manager and team though.

Great! 18 days of PTO as a new employee and 10 paid holidays. We also have company happy hours and plenty of fun work-spaces to get away from your desk.

My department is very flexable. I rarely work overtime and get plenty of pto , holidays and even family fun company outings.

Pretty good. Some stressful times and some late nights but more often than not, in at 8 and out at 5.
