Trust is a big issue at all levels of the company and it makes working with others miserable.
Leadership needs to be shaken up. There's too much old school leadership and not enough contemporary or visionary leadership. There also needs to be much more transparency and trust to allow talent to execute their roles without constant and sudden changes in direction.
Anyone else in my role would be earning considerably more than what I'm earning for level and quality of work I churn out. Stock would be gifted not pay for play without an ESPP. There's a complete lack of culture and employee benefits including a lack of reasonable employee match on 401k.
