It was very hard going through the training process but once you get the hang of things its a fun job.

Variety within brands. Definitely use a better shipping company and PLEASE 1.do not pack cleaning products with food products 2. Use more boxes if package very heavy 3, use better material to support products in shipment (more paper or bubbles, stronger tape to keep items closed-thanks for that!)
Customer service. They sent me the wrong item and will not simply automically srnd me a replacemebt with express shipping. They wont even teship It regular mail. A refund is not what i want. I want the product i ordered. I dint want to gave to go vack On thr site a order the item myself,
