What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide assistance when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not be judgmental and if someone needs help they shouldnt act like they dont have time or its a problem. Some act very superior
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and bonuses on fridays
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just as the cx matter the staff should feel valued as well.
Working 13 plus days straight, never seeing your family working on EVERY major holiday
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our President is pretty cool and has been working with each of us to perform at our best and to reach our goals. Working here has taught me a lot!
They are creative and work hard to achieving goals which are set
Everyone gets along and helps each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are very nice and professional but we need more workers!
The friendships that's being crafted from the understanding of what one goes through.
Everyone gets along and mostly are nice
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Them caring that their employees are humans not robots

HR Ashley was very helpful.
That i was given a chance with little experience.
It was quick simple and to the point
It was very casual and didnt intimidate you
