For the most part my coworkers are hardworking people that really want to get ahead. Unfortunely Walmart will nickel and dime us to death with seconds and minutes and prevent anyone from getting any overtime.. they have been known to change time clock logs to do away with time clocked to be able to show no overtime being paid
Range from college educated and intensely "Walmart way" oriented to minimally educated but willing to learn. Management tends to concentrate on making certain that home office initiated processes are implemented at every level, since most lead to increased productivity, better stocking levels, and ultimately a better customer experience.
I had quite a variety - young and old. Some of the older employees seem to be struggling to keep up - but I'm guessing they can't retire yet. Just like anywhere, some are really nice, but some are miserable.
Every single co-worker is different. You have people that work really hard and take pride in their job, but you also have people that do absolutely nothing, and never get in trouble for it.
SOME OF MY CO-WORKERS ARE PRETTY NICE AND ESSAY TO WORK WITH AND THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE.
unwilling to take the initiative ( do as little as possible)
Most of them are fun and easy going
Mostly good some I could do withoutv
Wonderful people
