What part of Walmart's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?

Online grocery pick-up. It's rolling out to all stores after success in test stores. The difficulties is the Wal-Mart culture regarding in store management and hourly associates.

Too much focus on what Amazon is doing and not valuing associates especially long term ones.

The company as a hole is doing tremendously it's not the demographics that's the problem

Online/site to store is growing. Can't think of any specific difficulties.

On line ordering. They offer more incentives for online shopping
