What do people at Walmart think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

They could seriously look at the training techniques and see how employees feel about it. That needs improving. Our store manager and dept managers need to consider a little positive reinforcement for their employees to want to be productive.

I think that in general people think all of the that own or run Walmart are a greedy bunch and we can't understand how Sam Walton let his company end up being run by these kind of people.

Most are not concerned with top executives. This does not factor into a low paying position. Just a job to most. Could take it or leave it.
