How's the work life balance at Walmart?

Walmart is severely understaffed. The management teams expects you to do the job of 3 people during your shift. They also expect you to stay later, come in early, or give up your day off to meet the needs of the company. But you can't go over 40 hours so you'll have to take 3 hour lunches to save their payroll.

Difficult for some, set schedules are hard to come by, but they are available with some positions.

hours are wrong and days schedules are bad should change times where traffic is slow

All work no time to play golf or any other activities

None no time for family None. No time for family

Could be better, especially at the assistant manager level

It effects my home life in a negative way

THAT NOT SO GOOD FOR MOST MY FELLOW ASSOCIATES.
