
They hold feedback meetings quarterly, and you get to directly talk to the person in charge of your store, and tell them how you feel. They attempt to incorporate this feedback, but from what I can gather, it's kind of just summarized and acted upon. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being super effective, I'd give it a 6.
Feedback can be used to support you and your growth at Walmart, developing you into a positive contributing employee, or used as a tool to twist the nature of your experience with individuals or your job role. It depends on who's writing the feedback and their motive.
Management at our store really doesn’t give you any feedback except when you do something wrong then you are called into the office and told about what you did wrong.
There is more emphasis on following "one best way" practices going forward than on praise for past accomplishements
