How's the morale at Walmart?

It's not good. Everyone has this fake enthusiasm, as if they are being held up by sticks, while their real personality left the minute they clocked in. Everyone has little interest in what they are personally doing, and the company itself doesn't try much to change that.

Very poor. Temporary employees now out number Walmart Associates 3/1. They do an awful job and nobody cares. No accountability from the top down. Awful place to work.

Mid to low due to all the store leadership layoffs and consolidation of jobs, people feel they might be played off for robots, odd when people want more human interaction and help

Can only say in my store that it’s not the greatest especially with the new scheduling system and the hours being cut if you don’t have open availability.

Sometimes it can be a little low. We never seem to get our monthly bonus,yet the numbers are great.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE MORALE AT MY WALMART STORE#2110 IS NOT THAT GREAT AT ALL.

High turnover low morale. Management bullies to motivate them employees. Revolving door on part time employees

Not good. Just sit in the break room and listen to everyone !
