
The more unique thing I can think of is that if you're a forward person who is not afraid to speak up, Walmart offers amazing flexibility. You can move up, down, change shift (by a few hours in either direction) Show up later, come in earlier, take a lunch when you want to, get help from other employees and learn new things. I've down all of these things (except move down) in the span of five months, so that shows you how radical and dynamic the place is.
