The first thing that you need to be is outgoing. Your personality will say a lot about you. Immediately introduce yourself to your interviewer and shake their hand. Allow the interviewer to ask you questions, be sure to answer them all. Even if it is the wrong answer at least you had a response. You are rated based upon the quality of your responses. Always put any experience that you may have on your application and when asked about your work experience please elaborate. It is okay to boost yourself up while discussing your experience, if you know what I mean. Be forthcoming with any restrictions to your availability that you may have, but don't ask for too much. The interviewer will assume that you won't be available at the times when you are needed. Always dress in a reasonable fashion, casual is okay, suits are better, but never dress like you're going to a nightclub. And the very most important thing, is to be on time.

If it is in store interview if you’re not the chosen one for the position there’s nothing you can do. Now if it is out of store then of course personality and your experience are taken into consideration.
