Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Walmart?

The first interview was with a panel of three consisting of two assistant managers and a department manager, and lasted only about fifteen minutes. This was followed by a computer screening that took about the same time. I was offered my first position at the end of this interview.

Well, 12 years ago there was a three step process. Each time, going a manager higher. Now it’s a one manager 15min interview.

I met a zone supervisor and one of the assistant managers. I got the job the same day of my interview.

I was interviewed by a zone supervisor and then an assistant manager. I got the job offer during my interview.

I met with the person who would be my immediate supervisor. I heard back on the same day.

Met with one of the night time managers, it took about a week to hear back from Walmart.

I had 3 interviews and was notified the very next day that I was hired

3 different members of management and at the end of the 3rd interview.

I met with a personnel manager and I was hired that day

Approximately one hour and got a response in a few days time.

I got hired the minute i was done from the interview
