What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Walmart?

RUN. They use you, abuse you, and if you are a hard worker the lazy workers will stick you with all the work! And there are ALOT of lazy, always playing with their phone workers! Picture this--- overnight stocking. New worker, hard worker, doing his job and everyone elses, to prove himself. Other co-workers SLEEPING in the cargo truck. NO LIE!!!! Go to tell the 17 y/o "manager" he's face down, on the break room table napping. On the clock. A very elderly man picking up the slack! Working 12+ hours just to survive. Walmart needs a serious overhaul when it comes to it's workers and managers.

Run get out now. If it is like my store now they will use and abuse you, and leave you out to hang.
