
I don't think it's very hard, because sometimes I wonder how some of the managerial employees keep their job based on their upkeep/pride in the department they are in charge of. So, I would say it's probably not very hard.
Not hard! You just have to be hard working, make sure to ask youe management team about the steps to take and make sure you know how to preference for jobs! The hardest is the test you have to take!
Just doing your job may not be enough. The associate that can show leadership skills and commitment to store policies and proper procedure will have a much greater chance at moving forward with Wal-Mart.
If your willing to sell your soul and work all the time then promotions are easy. Great money but no personal life.
