
You earn 2 kinds of PTO. One you use when you can Put in for it ahead of time (But they also use it to give you Holiday pay at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The other is PPTO, this one you use for unexpected days you have to miss or come in late. But no matter how much you work it caps out at 48 hours a year.
It’s crap. You literally have to ask to use it. Also the makes you use your PTO hours when they close on holidays. I now make sure I use all my PTO before Halloween every year.
If you or your family member is sick and you can't get a dr to fill out leave paperwork you get fired. It's horrible
5 points and can be fired...however it depends on if you are a favorite!
PTO there is by how much you get by how long you been there
Upon management approval employees can request off on days the company has available
To take PTO it must be submitted at least a week in advance
Protected Time Off.....can be used for emergency call out day (s).
1hour of PPTO per 40 hours worked.
Get wrote up for missing a day
