What kind of people does Walmart like to hire?

Any warm body that won’t talk back and do what they’re told. Here lately it’s just kids. The pay just isn’t competitive enough for non management associates to get good help. They’re all working for Amazon or FedEx

For the most part desperate people and students are the only ones applying. If they want more than that they have to raise the pay.

I believe this company is willing to hire anyone with a clean background,as long as you have that you should be good.

Mainly teenagers with no to very little work experience and almost middle aged women with nasty attitudes.

Lazy ones that get promoted. The hard working ones get passed over

Yes men and those who don't know their rights under the law.

People that won't ever call out. Very strict point system.

They hire anyone because turnover is important to them

They'll take whoever applies. Qualifications are minimal.

Honest, down to earth, and open minded people.
